The Seattle Seahawks are adding more depth to their practice squad before their week 11 showdown with the NFC West rival Los Angeles Rams.
Seattle signed rookie defensive tackle Wy’Kevious “Bubba” Thomas to their practice squad, according to a Tuesday post on social media from NFL insider Aaron Wilson. Thomas played his college ball at South Alabama, becoming an All-Sun Belt Conference selection in four of his five seasons as a Jaguar before going undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The Seahawks signed Thomas as an undrafted free agent in the spring, and he spent the preseason with the team. Thomas totaled seven tackles across the three games, with his best performance coming against the Green Bay Packers.
Standing at 6-foot-2 and 303 pounds, Thomas was never a star pass rusher in college,
