At age 19, Belgrade resident Matt Guthmiller flew solo around the world for the first time, setting a world record as the youngest person to do so. Now, more than a decade later, he’s doing it again, though this time, he won’t be alone.

His latest journey is the focus of Disney+’s new series “The Worst Trip Around the World,” which follows Guthmiller and comedian Juanpa Zurita as they circle the globe together.

“The premise of the show is this Mexican comedian, Juanpa Zurita, decides he wants to go fly around the world and so he tracks me down, convinces me to go fly around the world with him and we do that, and bring different guests along the way,” Guthmiller said.
