Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will lead the 40-member list of star campaigners for the upcoming local body elections in Maharashtra. The state BJP on Thursday announced the list, which includes All India General Secretary and Bihar poll in-charge Vinod Tawde and former Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar. The three-phased elections, beginning next month, will cover municipal councils, nagar parishads, and municipal corporations across the state.
