Timothée Chalamet’s excuse for missing Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party is not a complete unknown.

The actor was absent from his girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s mom’s star-studded bash on Saturday because he was busy “filming two huge projects.”

A source told Us Weekly on Wednesday that Chalamet, 29, and Kylie, 28, still manage to “FaceTime every day” while he’s on the “Dune: Part Three” set .

The insider insisted “everything is going well” for the couple, who have been together since 2023 .

“Kylie respects that he is working really hard right now and having a huge moment in his career,” the outlet claimed.

The source noted that since Chalamet and the “Kardashians” star “don’t spend every day together … it makes their time together feel more special.”
