Rotary Rocks Chattanooga is planning to celebrate its charter on Tuesday with a dinner and food drive.
The celebration’s theme is “Turning Gratitude into Groceries” and it will be at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on W. 7th Street in downtown Chattanooga.
The event will also serve as a Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. So guests are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items.
“Rotary Rocks Chattanooga was built on the belief that gratitude becomes power when it moves – when it feeds, lifts and connects people. We are not just starting a club – we are starting a movement,” said club founder Jane Bowen.
Rotary Rocks Chattanooga meets Tuesdays at 5:00pm at St. Paul’s.
