HERRIN, Ill. (WSIL) -- UPDATE: Nov. 12, 8:15 a.m. -- Police in Herrin said the female was found and was returned safely to the family on Wednesday morning.

ORIGINAL: Nov. 11, 5:09 p.m. -- The Herrin Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing 13-year-old.

Police said Da’Riyah M.L. Greenwood was last seen on Saturday evening, November 8, 2025, near Bayer Circle Apartments in Herrin. She was wearing a black coat with yellow designs and red pants.

Da’Riyah is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 116 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

The police are urging anyone with information about Da’Riyah’s whereabouts to contact them at 618-942-2106 or reach out to local law enforcement.
