Marvin Harrison Jr will not be playing any football this weekend.

There may have been a reason why the Arizona Cardinals wideout struggled in Week 10. Harrison underwent surgery for appendicitis on Wednesday and will not play in the team’s game in Week 11 due to the issue, according to Darren Urban of the team’s official website.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Harrison will miss Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers and could potentially be out even longer.

Harrison Jr., who entered the 2025 season with a larger build, is in the midst of his second NFL season after being selected fourth overall by the Cards in the 2024 NFL Draft.
