A primary school in Solihull was put on lockdown for almost an hour after reports of a man said to have been 'chanting about demons'.
The alarm was raised at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Primary School , which also runs a nursery, on Stratford Road in Shirley at around 3pm, Tuesday, November 11.
West Midlands Police officers rushed to the school following reports of a man acting suspiciously. The school said an intruder was seen in a church car park but he did not gain access to the school grounds.
The school followed safety protocols and locked the building down for around 45 minutes, reports Birmingham Live .
