The Mesa City Council is set to vote on whether to hold a public hearing on a site plan review and modification to allow for the construction of a Sun Devil Auto near East Southern Avenue and South Signal Butte Road at their upcoming meeting.
The meeting begins at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 17 at 20 E. Main St.
The site plan modification will allow for a single-story, 7,689-square-foot automotive/vehicle and repair facility, according to Mesa Planning and Zoning Board documents. The board previously voted 4-0 at their Oct. 22 meeting to recommend the city council approve the modification and review.
The request was made by George Pasquel III on behalf of site owner WS Holdings I, LLC.
The project site is zoned limited commercial. The Sun Devil Auto would be a minor automobile/vehicle service use,
