This worrying new scam is currently doing the rounds and is targeting vulnerable people into sharing their personal information. ‌

Appearing to come from a UK mobile number, this frightening scam involves crooks impersonating doctors and receptionists in a fake automated phone call. ‌

Through this call, the scammer is claiming that the patients need to update their current GP records and to hand over their private information, reports the Express.
