Three Oneida adults were charged Nov. 11 with chronic child neglect after authorities learned in August a 14-year-old child living with the adults weighed only 35 pounds.

Three counts of chronic child neglect resulting in great bodily harm, as a party to a crime, a felony.

Two counts of chronic child neglect resulting in emotional damage, as a party to a crime, a felony.
