City of Springfield to reconsider eminent domain again, Hotel of Terror responds

The City of Springfield will consider an eminent domain ordinance for the Hotel of Terror on November 17, which would allow them to replace the Main Avenue Bridge and would require the City to engage in good faith negotiations with the owner.
