OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A now-former Bellevue Police officer made his first court appearance in a child enticement investigation Wednesday.

Ryan Agustin, 38, of Bellevue, appeared in Sarpy County court Wednesday morning on charges of manufacturing of a visual picture of sexually explicit conduct and child abuse.

A judge set his bond at $100,000 and moved his case to district court. He is set to be arraigned on Dec. 1.

Agustin waived his preliminary hearing in court Wednesday. He was arrested Friday as part of an investigation carried out by the Nebraska State Patrol.

According to an arrest affidavit, the NSP investigation began when it was notified of potential possession of child porn in connection to Agustin.
