(Gray News) - Republicans on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released 20,000 additional pages of documents from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate Wednesday.
The release came hours after Democrats on the committee released three private email correspondence between Epstein, his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff.
According to CNN, the documents were obtained after the committee subpoenaed the Epstein estate earlier this year.
Democrats are expected to force a vote to release the files related to Epstein following the swearing-in of the House’s newest member, Adelita Grijalva. Grijalva will be the final necessary signature on the discharge petition linked to legislation that would require the Justice Department to release all unclassified documen
