Amid several pollsters predicting a clear majority for the NDA, Tej Pratap Yadav, chief of the Janshakti Janata Dal and candidate from the Mahua seat, dismissed the projections, saying he doesn’t believe in exit polls as anything could happen.
"I don't believe in exit polls. We can't say what will happen on 14th November...Let's see what happens," Tej Pratap told news agency ANI.
He further went on to say that he would be winning the Mahua seat and that instead of focusing on celebrations, his priority would be serving the people of his constituency.
"I am winning the Mahua seat...Jashn ki tayari nahi, hum kaam ki tayari karte hain...," he further said.
