Two men have been charged in separate cases with threatening the lives of Macomb County law enforcement officials, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Andrew Roberts, 42, is accused of using a computer to threaten the lives of officers in the Warren Police Department and 37th District Court Judge Suzanne Faunce.
The Warren resident was arraigned on Nov. 6 in 39th District Court in Roseville on charges of threat of terrorism and using a computer to commit a crime. Both are 20-year felonies. He also was charged with being a habitual offender, a sentencing factor that result in life imprisonment.
