CHILLICOTHE, OH — The Chillicothe Police Department released its daily media log for Tuesday, November 11, 2025, detailing a variety of calls that kept officers busy across the city throughout the day.

The first call came in early that morning at 7:37 a.m. for a reported drug overdose . Police say the investigation remains ongoing. Shortly after, officers were dispatched to 69 Yaples Orchard Drive in reference to a non-suspicious death , which is also still under investigation.

Around 9:28 a.m. , detectives received a phone report of fraud and theft on Piatt Avenue , while other officers responded to a juvenile complaint later that morning on McKeller Street .

Police also investigated a shoplifting incident at a business on River Trace Lane just after noon and a
