(LEX 18) — A Kentucky priest is wrapping up his bourbon collection with a charitable toast.

Father Jim Sichko is releasing the final bottle in his "Papal Series" — an 11-year wheated bourbon bottled at 125 proof. Starting yesterday, collectors can bid in an online auction or donate $1,267 for a bottle.

All proceeds go to charity, including the Permanently Disabled Jockeys' Fund and Trooper Island.

Sichko hopes to hand-deliver bottle number one to Pope Leo the 14th next year.
