Last month, gunfire erupted around 3 a.m. during Halloween weekend, causing chaos as people ran for their lives, worried about getting shot. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
In response to this incident, City Manager Sheryl Long proposed a motion to add two blocks of Short Vine to the city's list of special extended curfew districts, similar to Downtown, Over-the-Rhine, and The Banks. Starting at 9 p.m., no one under the age
