TRAVERSE CITY — Plans for a new Ace Hardware store in Traverse City are taking shape.
According to permit records from the city’s Zoning Administrator Dave Weston, A new location has gotten permit sign approval from the city at 718 Munson Ave.
The applicant is Andrew Kohlmann, who eyed the open unit in the multi-tenant space owned by Tom McIntyre.
Per the records, the main tenant would be Ace Hardware with Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Pro Nails and TC Vietnamese as secondary tenants.
Currently, no additional information is available on the build plans but 9&10 News will follow up as the project takes shape.
