WACO, Texas (KWTX) - An undocumented immigrant is charged with sexual assault after he forcibly performed fellatio on a friend who let him stay over, an arrest warrant alleges.

Adrian Rodriguez Gonzalez, 27, is being held at the McLennan County Jail on immigration detainer, according to online jail records.

Waco police officers were dispatched to an apartment unit in the 900 block of Wooded Acres at about 1:40 a.m. on Nov. 11.

The officers met with the victim and a female witness.

The victim told officers that Rodriguez came over to his apartment because he was having a “rough night with his boyfriend.” The victim told Rodriguez he could spend the night and “crash on his couch.”
