RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Noble Pie Parlor, an East Coast style pizza eatery in Reno, Nevada, has a new brunch menu introducing guests to two new entrées: the Calzomelette and Eggs in Purgatory.
KOLO 8’s Hana Altenburg stopped by the pizza shop in MidTown Wednesday morning to learn more about the new dishes.
The Calzomelette combines elements of a calzone and an omelet, baked with slow-scrambled eggs, mozzarella, ricotta, and pecorino-romano cheese. Guests may add up to four meats, vegetables, cheeses, or nuts and choose from fritte hash, spring salad, or fruit on the side.
