Breezy conditions continue this afternoon
Temperatures will warm significantly by Friday and Saturday
Mainly dry weather expected through the weekend
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Expect breezy conditions to continue through Wednesday afternoon across southern Wisconsin as northwest winds gust up to 40 mph. The strong winds will gradually weaken as we head into Wednesday evening. Clear skies on Wednesday night will also provide another opportunity for viewing the northern lights across the region.
Thursday brings much calmer conditions as high pressure moves overhead. Skies will remain mostly clear throughout the day with lighter winds, making it feel more comfortable outside.
The warming trend really kicks in by Friday as temperatures climb into the upper 50s and possibly near 60. Southwest
