NEW YORK CITY, New York — Jack Schlossberg, the only grandson of President John F. Kennedy, has officially launched a campaign for Congress, seeking to represent New York’s 12th Congressional District, a seat soon to be vacated by longtime Democratic Rep. Jerry Nadler, he confirmed in an Instagram video .
Schlossberg, 32, declared his run for Congress by painting a stark picture of America’s current political landscape. He described the nation as being at a “turning point,” citing crises in cost of living, corruption and constitutional integrity.
Schlossberg accused President Donald Trump of “cronyism, not capitalism,” and warned of a dangerous consolidation of power.
