SPRING CREEK - The Madison Alliance for Rebuilding Communities is organizing Tropical Storm Helene fairs for residents to learn more about local and state funding and other resources.

As Western North Carolina residents head into their second winter after Tropical Storm Helene caused devastating, widespread damage across Madison and other WNC counties in September 2024, the Madison organization is helping put residents in touch with aid and resources in the continued recovery.
