It’s a warmer but pleasant day across the ArkLaMiss. Highs this afternoon will be in the 70s with a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures are staying above average through early next week. Look for highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. We’re also keeping the forecast area dry through the weekend. Due to the slow progression of our next storm system, rain chances have been pushed back. There’s still a slight chance of showers and storms early next week. Rain is needed across the ArkLaMiss, so we will take whatever we can get.
