A $32 million, 52,000-square-feet inpatient rehabilitation hospital is set to come to the District at Midtown, according to City of Little Rock building permits.
The project, at 6301 District Ave. in Little Rock, is being developed by Cross Hospitals LLC, a partnership between Kennor Cross Hospital Investors LLC and rehab hospital operator Nobis Hospital Investments LLC. It's set to bring 100 jobs, according to a news release.
The three-story facility will include around 40 beds and a therapy gym, according to the permits. The facility will serve patients with debilitating illnesses like brain injuries and strokes, according to a news release. It will join a network of rehabilitation hospitals developed and owned by Nobis nationally.
