While it’s still early, yet another public opinion poll shows mass indifference among national Republican voters regarding two former presidential candidates from Florida possibly running again in 2028.

A YouGov survey conducted Nov. 6-9 finds that while those who vote in GOP Primaries aren’t viscerally opposed to 2016 presidential candidate Marco Rubio or 2024 hopeful Ron DeSantis trying again for the White House, they aren’t passionate about the prospect either.

Fewer than two out five of GOP voters are considering either for the nomination, with 39% saying they see the Florida Governor as a potential party standard bearer, and 37% taking a long look at the U.S. Secretary of State.
