ByHeart , a company that makes organic baby formula, recalled all its formula due to an expanding botulism outbreak.
At least 15 infants in 12 states fell ill and were hospitalized, but no deaths have been reported to date, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration .
This is the second major recall by the company in the past few years having to do with its formula products due to contamination.
