KINIGSTON, N.Y. — A California-based radiology firm has acquired River Radiology at 45 Pine Grove Ave., the company said this week.

In an email, RadNet Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications Jane Mazur said her firm has purchased River Radiology, which will operate under the Lenox Hill Radiology network.

“The acquisition is complete, it is owned by RadNet and will go under the Lenox Hill Radiology name,” Mazur said. “All employees and radiologists will continue in their same capacity.”

Mazur said the purchase will provide better service to the community.
