BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WFSB) - Emergency crews responded to a fire in Bridgeport on Wednesday morning.
At around 11:44 a.m. firefighters were called to the area of Cleveland Avenue after a report of a structure fire, officials said.
When crews arrived, they found a heavy fire coming from the second and third floor at the back of the residence.
The fire quickly went from a second alarm to a third alarm fire.
No injuries were reported in this incident.
Officials said five adults and two children haven been displaced.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time.
No further details were released.
