( Tyler, Texas ) - Well my friends, the greatest time of the year has arrived. No, I'm not talking about Christmas. I'm not talking about gathering around a table for turkey and dressing and watching the Dallas Cowboys. I'm not talking about driving through an East Texas neighborhood ohhing and ahhing at the Christmas lights.

I am talking the time of year when we can sit down and enjoy one of the greatest pieces of fake pork ever created. It's the sole reason that will visit a McDonalds outside of breakfast. It's McRib season and I'm so happy its back.
