The Union Cabinet and the Cabinet Committee on Security on Wednesday described the November 10 Red Fort blast as a heinous terror incident by anti-national forces and vowed zero tolerance to terrorism in all its forms.
The Cabinet and the CCS, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, observed a two-minute silence in memory of those killed in the Monday blast and directed the investigators to conclude the probe urgently and bring the “perpetrators, collaborators and sponsors” of the incident to justice.
A resolution passed by the Cabinet read, “The Cabinet directs that the investigation into the incident be pursued with utmost urgency and professionalism so that the perpetrators, their collaborators and sponsors are identified and brought to justice without delay. The situation continues
