BOND CO., Ill. (WFIE) - An incident with a student fan school bus heading home from the Volleyball Super-Sectional Game has parents in Carmi, Illinois, upset.

Records show 70-year-old Stephen Heath, of Carmi, is charged with driving under the influence in Bond County, Illinois.

The sheriff tells us the report is not yet complete, but he did say Heath was driving a school bus.

He says when his deputies encountered Heath, he had the school bus stopped in the middle of the road.

The sheriff says Heath was taken to the hospital for a chemical test, and those results are pending.
