Measles cases reach 182 in Arizona-Utah region east of Las Vegas; U.S. 'elimination' status at stake

Health officials are reporting 24 new confirmed measles cases over the past week in the region around the Arizona-Utah border town of Colorado City, and extending north into five Utah counties.
