SAUGERTIES, N.Y. — Saugerties Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 5034 is sponsoring a bus trip to Saratoga National Cemetery on Saturday, Dec. 13, to place remembrance wreaths on the gravesites of those who served in the nation’s armed forces. The event is part of the Wreaths Across America program.

The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. from the Cantine Field large pavilion, Pavilion Street. The cost of this is $17 per person, which is the cost of a wreath. Each additional wreath is $17.

People interested in contributing to the memorial can send their checks to the Saugerties Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 5034, P.O. Box 152, Saugerties, N.Y. 12477-0152. Those who wish to attend should call Bob Howe at (845) 532-2044.
