SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office said a man has been sentenced to prison following an incident that led to the death of three of his family members.
According to arrest warrants, William Zane Fowler was charged with three counts of felony DUI resulting in death for an incident that took place on May 26, 2022.
Fowler was sentenced to five years in prison, suspended upon the service of six months on home detention with three years of probation to follow.
Officials mentioned that Fowler will not receive any credit for the time he has spent on house arrest before Monday’s guilty plea.
