Discharge of jury puts Peterborough murder trial in limbo

Jesse Rowe’s second-degree murder trial is in limbo after a jury member was sent home Wednesday afternoon.

The juror’s dismissal lowered the jury count to nine, forcing Justice Chris de Sa to discharge remaining jurors.
