MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Monona Police Department announced Wednesday that the 20-year-old man accused of leading the police department on a car chase late last month has been arrested.

After a warrant was issued for Travion Flowers’ arrest on Oct. 28, Monona Police Chief Brian Chaney said MOPD requested help from the U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force in their hunt for Flowers.

Members of the Task Force work underneath the supervision of the U.S. Marshals Service to track down criminal fugitives.

Chaney confirmed that Flowers was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Sun Prairie on Wednesday morning.

Flowers was taken to Dane County Jail on a warrant and a probation violation.
