STOCKTON, Calif. —
A special session of the Stockton City Council is scheduled to happen Wednesday night.
It’s a session that was supposed to happen Nov. 6, but that meeting was abruptly adjourned because not enough council members showed up.
Last week's special session was originally called for by the city's vice mayor, Jason Lee, so that council members could address possible misuse of city money and abuse of authority.
As KCRA 3 has previously reported , the council voted to hold the special session following public concern about an unauthorized letter of commitment, sent by the former interim city manager to the state of California.
