$40,000 donation supports Knox County Sheriff's Office employees facing hardships

A $40,000 donation to the Knox County Sheriff's Office's Officer Assistance Program will help sheriff's office employees who are facing hardships. The program, which is under the direction of Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler, called the contribution a blessing.
