The McRib sandwich has officially returned to select McDonald’s restaurants nationwide as of Tuesday.
The McRib sandwich, consisting of a pork patty, homestyle bun, McRib sauce, pickles and onions, and weighing in at 520 calories, has historically come and gone from the McDonald’s menu since its debut in 1981.
McDonald’s senior marketing director Guillaume Huin posted on the social media platform X that the sandwich returned to most McDonald’s in the U.S., calling it the “most-mentioned limited-time product online.”
The McRib will be available in cities including Miami, Dallas, Cleveland, St. Louis, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles, McDonald’s told Axios .
