BALTIMORE —
The Baltimore Ravens and T. Rowe Price on Wednesday hosted a second round of their High School Leadership Institute.
Over the course of the year, students from Baltimore City and Baltimore County learn about what it takes to be a leader. Students are nominated by their school to participate in the program.
Wednesday's focus was about leading yourself and leading others.
"We use current examples, stories from the team to do that, and if they walk away with just some ideas that they can reflect on their past leadership and how that might apply to them being more successful in the future, that would be a huge win," said Marc Kolp, executive director of the University of Baltimore-Baltimore County's Center for Leadership and Innovation.
