MIAMI (AP) — Cleveland guard Darius Garland suffered a contusion on his surgically repaired left great toe during the Cavaliers' game in Miami on Monday, the team said. Garland was ruled out for another Cavaliers-Heat meeting in Miami on Wednesday.
