Louisiana corrections officer accused of taking inmate's money, police say

After reviewing security camera footage, investigators observed Collier, a correctional officer, remove property from an inmate's currency bag and place it in her pocket. She was arrested and booked into the LaSalle Corrections/Natchitoches Detention Center for malfeasance in office, a felony offense.
