LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Looking at Vito’s Tacos, you’d never guess it all started with just one grill inside a garage and two Las Vegas locals with big dreams.

Now, the taco shop is one of the most recognizable in the valley.

Before their name showed up at Allegiant Stadium, the crew behind Vito’s Tacos was working out of their small garage, preparing tacos, testing recipes, and serving anyone who’d stop by.

“We’re a family-owned restaurant. We started from nothing, my partner and I,” said Devin Diego, owner.

Back then owners Devin Diego and Victor Gonzalez had one grill and big dreams to turn this garage into a full-scale operation. Now with multiple local locations across the valley and a loyal following that hasn’t let up, that dream has become their reality.
