JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The 2025 season was a roller coaster for the Edward Waters University Tigers, filled with record-setting highs and late-season challenges.
EWU opened the year with a program-best 3-0 start, but things evened out as the Tigers went 2-5 over their final seven games, closing the regular season with a 5-5 record.
Despite the ups and downs, one constant stood out — the steady play of quarterback Noah Bodden.
“I wouldn’t be able to do it without the people around me,” Bodden said. “We’ve got a great offensive line, I feel good in that pocket. The coaches do a great job of keeping me up, making sure I’ve got my fundamentals down. The camaraderie and the family vibe around here make me feel at home.”
Bodden has been the driving force behind an offense averaging more than 3
