A Boston firefighter is facing child rape charges after he allegedly assaulted a girl repeatedly over the course of six years, prosecutors said.

James Corbett, 60, of Brockton, was arraigned Wednesday in the West Roxbury division of Boston Municipal Court following his arrest Monday, court records show. Corbett was charged with one count of trafficking a person under 18 for sexual servitude, two counts of aggravated rape of a child, two counts of child rape, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.

Corbett pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment. The alleged assaults on the victim occurred between May 2018 and September 2024, according to Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney La
