New York Islanders prospect and Barrie Colts defenseman Kashawn Aitcheson has been suspended for two games following a bizarre altercation with a fan involving a water bottle.

Over the weekend, a viral video surfaced of a frustrated Kashawn Aitcheson dumping his water bottle on a heckling fan after a heated OHL contest between the Barrie Colts and the Soo Greyhounds.

As Aitcheson was leaving the ice, he sprayed water at a mouthy fan while making his way to the locker room. The incident happened after the Greyounds emerged victorious 4-3 in a shootout:

The OHL announced that Kashawn Aitcheson has been suspended two games for the incident. Blake Arrowsmith and Spencer Evans of Soo were each suspended one game for their involvement in the post-game skirmish.
