The FBI has formed a third case against a Cumberland County pair who have been accused of coaching children to perform sexual acts on camera.
A federal grand jury has indicted Jamie Souders, 42, and Morgan Rothenhoefer, 24, on several counts alleging they produced visual depictions of child sexual exploitation and received child pornography material from May 19 to Sept. 12, 2024.
The FBI often files companion cases at the federal level covering aspects of criminal conduct that crossed state lines.
The federal indictment didn’t elaborate on the facts involved in the federal charges. However, two state cases are pending in the Cumberland County court against Souders and Rothenhoefer.
